Working remotely, Pivotus reflects many cultural backgrounds. One of Pivotus’ goals is to recognize and celebrate each other’s cultures in various ways, including embracing and understanding our similarities and differences.
One way Pivotus celebrates each other’s cultures is by hosting social events. This is a virtual extravaganza for employees to come together and enjoy. A very exciting part of the program is learning from each other’s similarities and differences through coffee table discussions where everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences on specific topics.
Social event themes conducted by Pivotus include: Cultural Diversity Day, Pivotus Got Talent, Oscar: Pivotus Awards, Fun Summer Time, Sports Day, Pivotus Foundation Day, World Mental Health Awareness, Pivotus Superheroes and the latest celebration was Pivotus Summer Fun Part I. Yes, there is Pivotus Summer Fun Part II. Pivotus will finally meet in person and travel to Boracay, Philippines this April 2023.
